Founded in 1989 in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Management Specialists, Inc. now provides rental, leasing and management services to St. Lucie and Martin Counties on the east coast of Florida. Known to be part of the Treasure Coast, St. Lucie County is slowly becoming known for its efforts to attract biomedical research firms to the area.

Management Specialists, Inc. is owned and operated by Brenda F. Gerdes, CPM®, MPM®. Brenda is the only Certified Property Manager or Master Property Manager practicing in the Treasure Coast. You can be assured that with her education and background in state of the art property management procedures and systems your investment property is in good hands.

Management Specialists, Inc. is the only property management company in the area that does NO SALES whatsoever. We specialize in Rentals and the Management of single family residential Investment Properties including duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes. We do no resort vacation or short term rentals or management at this time. We also do no CAM (Community Association Management) at this time. By specializing in our field of annual residential management we have become the ‘go to’ company for most of the sales companies in both counties who recommend our services.
